Service Description
Join Veronica to invigorate your body, focus your mind, and calm your nervous system. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines two disciplines of yoga. Translating as "sun-moon," Hatha is a path of yoga toward balancing opposing energies through breath regulation (pranayama) and postures (asana) that warm and cool the body. Poses are practiced slowly and held for multiple breaths. Vinyasa is a fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement and translates as "to place in a special way." Sequences offer a steady pace and smooth transitions between poses, creating a feeling that the breath is moving the body. Suitable for new and seasoned practitioners, this practice integrates fluid movement and breath awareness with moments of stillness and pauses for reflection.
