VVYOGA classes are live streamed every Tuesday and Thursday, offering practices rooted in

Hatha Yoga and designed to meet practitioners where they're at. You can expect a mindful pace with an emphasis on breath awareness, alignment techniques, and deep relaxation interwoven with yogic themes as they relate to everyday life.

Join me in this midmorning 75-minute practice to awaken your physical body, deepen your breath, and tune into your natural rhythm .

Start your day with this 75-minute community-based Hatha class that will energize your body, get your breath moving, and  centre your mind.

Tuesday 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Mixing strength with relaxation, this 75-minute practice will help your body unwind and integrate as you move into the rest of your evening.

Thursday 8:00pm - 9:00pm

Close your evening with this

60-minute gentle practice to quiet your mind, still your senses, and relax your body in preparation for sleep.

Thursday 5:30pm - 6:45pm

Come "home" to your body and breath in this end-of-day 75-minute Hatha practice that will both invigorate your body and slow you down.
